Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms:

  • I reserve the right to turn down any commission, as well as maintain the rights to an artwork, unless specifically for commercial use.

  • I have the right to post the commissions as samples. If you wish to keep your commission private, please inform me in advance.

  • While working on the commission, drafts will be sent with a watermark. After completion, the client will receive their commission through email containing the finished piece(s) (4k by 4k, 2k by 2k, and 1k by 1k) files with a watermark. Watermark may be removed for an added fee.

  • My artwork is not to be in used in ANY AI art or data processing. No exceptions.

  • I have the right to post the commissions as samples. If you wish to keep your commission private, please inform me in advance.

  • All artwork will have the full art process shown unless asked not to. I will offer 5 revisions per stage. I will not change the art in a major way after starting rendering work. If you wish to do so an additional charge will be applied depending on the changes requested.

  • Payment is to be given in two increments, half after sketch and half after the commission has been completed.

  • Regarding Refunds: This artist does refunds as long as the commission has not reached the coloring stage or final stage.

  • Other People's OCs without proper consent (must provide me evidence)

Personal Uses

  • Personal use only

  • Edit a photo & set as profile

  • Post a commision without generating income

  • Produce products for your own use. [No distribution/Use for other purposes that are for profit in anycase]

  • Reproduction, production, or manipulation that generate income in any case

  • Trace / Draw over / Hard ref. is not allowed in any case

  • Pretend it is your own work

  • Prohibited!! Uses of any images to be feed into AI. If found out, you will be blacklist and people in the community will be warned.

  • Prohibited!! Use in NFTS

Commercial Use

  • Personal use

  • Edit a photo & set as profile

  • Can be used for all types of commerican use [For Fan Made content, pkease check/study agreements between companies to be sure first!]

  • Produced to be given away according to various events/occasions

  • Merchandise

  • Trace / Draw over / Hard ref. is not allowed in any case
